RFDX型是我公司自主创新磁悬浮磁力底搅拌，采用2组垂直水平安装磁钢使轴套和搅拌器完全悬浮，避免由于磁性扭矩传递作用使轴套磨损，实现无摩擦运转，其搅拌桨是有上下搅拌叶连接，中间完全隔空，且悬浮旋转，液体大量从中漩涡甩出与罐壁形成对流循环，从而实现混合、溶解、分散功能。RFDX型磁悬浮磁力底搅拌即解决了原有磁力底搅拌使用寿命短，安装更换麻烦的缺陷，且各种搅拌形式均能互换通用，比传统RFD磁力底搅拌搅拌更实用、高效、耐用，避免因退磁导致扭矩无法传递，完全可以取代目前国内外同类产品。
