RFC系列磁力强耦合器搅拌系统由于密封性好、扭矩大、结构灵活、易维护等优点，目前在反应釜搅拌设备上使用广泛，尤其适用于高压、高温、高转速、高真空、易燃、易爆、剧毒等工艺条件下的加氢催化、氨化、氧化、气液固混合等搅拌反应。RFC系列磁力搅拌经过我公司与专业院校的不断改造和创新，设计成熟，工艺先进，目前可根据不同物料性质、压力、温度、转速及腐蚀量参数，采用不同材质（碳钢、不锈钢、双相合金钢、钛、镍、锆及哈氏合金和玻璃钢、钢衬氟、PO等非金属）和结构；如A、轴承上装式；B、轴承内置式；C、轴承不停车等压加油式；D、轴承外置机械密封平衡式等。在压力≤22MPa、功率≤90kw、温度≤450℃、转速≤2900r/min的工况在工业化生产上均达到很好的搅拌效果。
